Arrival and departure: The vacation home is available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the departure day, the house must be left before 10:00 am. Monday and Friday are the days of arrival and departure unless otherwise agreed.  

Confirmation: After the rental request, the tenant receives a confirmation e-mail. This includes the details of the tenant, the requested rental period, the address of the vacation home and the terms of payment. The booking is final after the tenant has made the (down)payment.  

Linen: Is included for the number of adults booked. There is a flannel around the mattresses as standard. All rooms have single beds (90 x200cm) with single comforters.  
The linen package includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 comforter cover, 1 pillowcase, 1 large and 1 small bath towel per person, 2 hand and tea towels and a dish towel per stay. 

Cleaning and deposit: The house must be delivered broom clean. Vacuum cleaner etc. are provided in the house. The cost for final cleaning per rental period is in the confirmation. We trust a tenant to treat the house, garden and interior as if it were their property. If inspection after the rental period shows that additional costs must be incurred for cleaning or there appears to be damage caused by humans or animals then we are forced to deduct this from the deposit which should be paid in advance together with the rent.  

Pets: After prior consultation, bringing 2 (or by agreement in Germany more) pet(s) is allowed for a fee, amount of the fee can be found on the website. 

Smoking and open fire: Smoking is not permitted in the vacation home, but is possible on the terrace with the request (also in the garden) not to leave cigarette butts, etc. Campfires are only allowed in a fire basket or, if present, in the outdoor fireplace.  

Own risk: Use of house, garden, private playground equipment (these do not meet the requirements for a professional playground), private bikes (these do not meet the requirements for bike rental), go-kart, sauna etc. and interior is at your own risk. Play equipment is for children, a sauna is for adults. With payment of the rental amount, Tenant agrees to these terms and conditions. 

Cancellation: If cancelled up to 12 weeks before arrival, 30% of the rent is due. Up to 8 weeks is 50% of the rent and within 4 weeks before arrival the full amount (rent including additional costs, excluding deposit). We advise tenants to take out cancellation insurance.
